Techno Week
Annual Inter-Department Sports Competition
Techno Week is the annual sports celebration of REC Ambedkar Nagar, organized with great enthusiasm and spirit. Held over the course of one full week, this event brings together students from all branches to compete across a wide range of sports and games, showcasing their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. What makes Techno Week even more special is the involvement of our esteemed alumni, who are invited to witness the energy of the current generation and reconnect with the campus. It’s not just a competition—it's a tradition that celebrates unity, talent, and the ever-growing sports culture of our college.
Tecnocrats Leagues
The highlight of Techno Week are our prestigious Tecnocrats Leagues featuring:
- Tecnocrats Volleyball League
- Tecnocrats Cricket League
- Tecnocrats Football League
- Tecnocrats Basketball League
- Tecnocrats Carrom League
- Tecnocrats Table Tennis League
League Structure
Each league follows a unique structure where:
- Four captains are selected from 3rd year students based on their skill level
- Four mentors from 4th year guide these captains
- Player auctions are conducted to form balanced teams
- College alumni are invited to participate and mentor current students
